Salvera Support
Practical help and a direct route to the NextFlow Apps team.

1. Contact Salvera support
Email [email protected] for current availability, testing access, troubleshooting, privacy or deletion questions.
Include your Android version, device model, app build if available and a description of the problem. Do not include medication histories, patient records, passwords, sign-in codes or private caregiver invitation links. Remove personal information from screenshots.
2. Google Sign-In
If your build offers Google Sign-In, check your connection, confirm the Google account you intended to use and record the visible error message. Do not share verification codes or tokens with support. The exact account recovery and session behavior must be confirmed for that build.
3. Medication reminders
For a build with reminders, check that the schedule is enabled, the time and time zone are correct, notifications are permitted and the device is powered on. Review manufacturer battery restrictions and use a harmless test reminder to check delivery. Ask support which alarm permissions your build actually requires rather than enabling unrelated permissions.
See Android notification permission guidance. A successful test does not guarantee every future notification.
4. Optional Health Connect permissions
Open Health Connect through Android Settings and review app permissions. If Salvera does not appear, confirm with support whether your build includes the integration. Grant only the data access you understand and want. Revoking future access does not itself delete copies already held by an app.
Android Health Connect setup and permission guidance explains the platform; Salvera-specific data types and storage remain to be verified.
5. Care Circle invitations and permissions
If invitations are available in your build, check the intended account and whether an invitation has expired or been revoked. Confirm the patient’s consent and granted access before expecting records to appear. Contact support with an error description; do not forward a private invitation token.
6. Stock and refill calculations
If stock tracking is available, compare the starting quantity, dose unit, recorded use and schedule with the medicine actually on hand. A half-tablet quantity and a multiple-unit dose must use consistent units. The requested development scope includes 14-day and 21-day refill thresholds; ask which settings your build supports.
Stock forecasts are estimates. Arrange any refill directly with your pharmacy; no pharmacy ordering or delivery integration is verified on this website.
7. Devices, privacy and deletion
Before changing devices, clearing storage or uninstalling, ask what is local and what is synchronized in your build. Multi-device access and appointment availability are not confirmed here. Review privacy information and the account and data deletion request page for contacts and the current verification gaps.
